Princes Place Resident Association (RA) represents the residents of Princes Place housing estate in Holland Park, West London. The estate is managed by the housing association Octavia Housing (now owned by Abri).


Princes Place RA gives you a voice. We work with residents, the social landlord, and local representatives to improve our homes and our community.

 

Whether it's getting repairs done, organising social activities, or making sure everyone's concerns are heard, we're here for all residents.

What Princes Place RA does:

  • We represent residents and advocate for your interests to your landlord, local authority, and other decision makers. 

  • We work with Octavia/Abri to support repairs and maintenance of the estate.

  • We put on social events and meetings to bring the community together. 

  • We share information on local news, particularly related to planning and changes to the neighbourhood.

  • We coordinate with your MP and local councillors to make sure you are included in local decision making.
